1. Institutional Information & Legal Capacity

Noble Brains Academy is a registered educational institution incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of the Federal Republic of Nigeria under Registration Number RC1376729, duly authorized by the Kwara State Government to deliver early childhood, primary, and secondary education.

By submitting admission forms or using online services on behalf of a minor student, you confirm that you are the parent, legal guardian, or an authorized representative legally empowered to enter into educational agreements on their behalf.

2. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content featured on this website — including text, curriculum summaries, policy documentation, photographs, campus video tours, graphics, logos, crests, and software code — is the intellectual property of Noble Brains Academy and is protected under Nigerian and international copyright and trademark laws.

• You may view, print, or download curriculum information and policies for personal, non-commercial, and informational use relating to student enrolment.
• You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or modify any materials from this website without explicit written permission from the School Management.
• Automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction of student details or school directories is strictly prohibited.

3. Admissions, Applications & Placement Criteria

Submission of an online application or schedule-a-visit request does not constitute guaranteed admission. Admission to Noble Brains Academy is subject to:

• Completion of the official entrance examination and diagnostic placement assessment.
• Verification of age criteria as outlined in our Class Placement Criteria.
• Submission of certified previous academic records, transfer certificates, and immunization reports.
• Payment of required registration fees within the designated acceptance window.

4. Student Portal & Credential Security

Access to our student and parent portal is restricted to active students, verified parents, and authorized faculty members.

• Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their portal credentials (username, student ID, password).
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Noble Brains Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate portal access in cases of suspected compromise, malicious access attempts, or academic integrity violations.

5. Financial Regulations & School Fees

School fees, co-curricular club dues, and development levies must be paid in full on or before the resumption date for each academic term, as stipulated in our Payment Policy & Regulations.

• Tuition payments must be remitted strictly into official school bank accounts. Cash payments to individual staff members are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Unless explicitly agreed in a formal instalment agreement signed by the Bursar, students with unpaid term fees may be denied access to classes and examinations.
• Application, registration, and admission fees are non-refundable once processed.

6. Student Conduct & Disciplinary Code

Enrolment at Noble Brains Academy entails full adherence to our Behaviour Policy and Anti-Bullying Policy:

• The School maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bullying, harassment, cyber-bullying, vandalism, and dishonesty.
• Students must adhere strictly to school dress codes, attendance hours (Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM), and behavioral guidelines.
• The School Management reserves the right to impose suspensions or recommend expulsion for severe violations of school discipline.

7. External Links & Third-Party Services

Our website may incorporate links or embedded services from third parties, such as YouTube for campus video streams, Google Maps for campus navigation, and secure banking portals. While we curate third-party resources diligently, Noble Brains Academy is not responsible for the independent privacy policies or terms of third-party platforms.
